*EBK Terms & Guidelines*:
[] Tickets are *Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable* & do not guarantee a singer spot.
[] *Cancellation Credit*: Cancelation received minimum 72 hours prior to the event date & time will be considered for Credit forward up to next 3 consecutive Karaoke Events.
[] *Cancelation Refund*: Cancelation received minimum 72 hours prior to the event date & time may be considered for refund, in which case Desibazaar Processing fee will not be refunded and additional flat cancelation fee of $1.50 per adult ticket & $1 per Kids & Super Senior Ticket will be deducted.
[] *No Refund, No Credit Forward*: No shows or Cancelation received after the cancelation deadline i.e. within 72 hours prior to the start date & time of the Event will not qualify any refund of credit forward.
[] *Singing Opportunity* is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to give singing turn to as many singers as possible.
[] *Ticket Buying Instructions*:
• Buy ticket(s) through shopdesibazaar.com ONLY after the Box Office opens.
• Non EBK Cabinet Members can buy additional tickets for other singers.
• EBK Cabinet Members are allowed to buy additional tickets only for their family members.

{} *Singing Quality*: Singing in Sur & Taal is required. Theme Songs are preferred but not mandatory.
{} *Song Length & Type*: Songs longer than 7 minutes & Medleys are not allowed unless pre-approved. Depressing songs are not allowed. Help us spread Happiness through Music.
{} *Singing Turn*: Max 2 Turns per singer will be allowed, 1st for a solo/duet during your turn & 2nd during the turn of another singer with mutual consent.
{} *FCFS Sequencing*: Singers’ sequence will be on *First Come First Serve* basis in the order of ticket payment & valid credit confirmation. EBK Cabinet Members are sequenced first, followed by other singers. Singers can swap their spots with mutual consent. We reserve our right to consider special genuine & reasonable requests for scheduling including but not limited to limitations due to age (Kids & Super Seniors), health, work commitments, honorary/special guests etc…
{} *Track Submission*: Singers will be added to the Event WhatsApp Group with instructions to select the song & upload your mp3/mp4 karaoke track.
{} *Zero Tolerance No External Device Policy*: Use of External Device to Play Karaoke Track or using online Karaoke Portals like meragana.com, SMULE etc... are not allowed
{} *Publicity*: We may broadcast the Event Live & publish Photos & Videos of performers/attendees on social media like Facebook/YouTube etc…
{} Event may be rescheduled/cancelled with or without notice, and with or without any reason.
