[] *Cancellation* : Cancelation received till 72 hours prior to the start of the Event will qualify for Credit forward for any of the 3 Events or refund.
[] *Singing Opportunity* : singing opportunity is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to give singing turn to as many singers as possible.
[] *Payment Rule* : Buy ticket *ONLY after the Box Office is opened*. Advance Payment is not accepted.
[] *Payment Description* : To be added to the Event Singers List & WhatsApp Gr, you will need to buy your ticket as soon as Box-Office opens & submit the screenshot to*Anjali Thadani 408-605-5790* with Name(s) of singer(s) & Listener(s), as well as Name, Mobile Number or Email ID associated with Ticket Payment to process refund in time.

{} *Singing Quality* : Singing in Sur & Taal is required. Theme Songs are preferred but not mandatory.
{} *Song Length & Type* : Songs longer than 7 minutes & Medleys are not allowed unless pre-approved. Depressing songs are not allowed. Help us spread Happiness through Music.
{} *Singing Turn* : Max 2 Turns per singer will be allowed, 1st for a solo/duet during your turn & 2nd during the turn of another singer with mutual consent.
{} *FCFS Sequencing* : Singers’ sequence will be on *First Come First Serve* basis in the order of ticket payment & valid credit confirmation. EBK Cabinet Members are sequenced first, followed by other singers. Singers can swap their spots with mutual consent.
{} *Track Submission* : Singers will be added to the Event WhatsApp Group with instructions to select the song & upload your mp3/mp4 karaoke track.
{} *Zero Tolerance Track Policy* : Use of External Device to Play Track or using online Karaoke Portals like meragana.com, SMULE etc... are not allowed
{} *Publicity* : We may broadcast the Event Live & publish Photos & Videos of performers/attendees on Social Media like Facebook/YouTube etc…
{} Event may be rescheduled/cancelled with or without notice.
