*EBK Terms & Guidelines* :
[] Tickets are *Non-Transferable* & do not guarantee a singer spot.
[] *Cancellation* : Cancellations received 48 Hours prior to the start time of the program will qualify for refund of the base ticket value.
[] *Singing Opportunity* : Singing Spot is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to give singing opportunity to as many singers as possible.

{} *Song Selection* : Theme Songs are preferred but NOT MANDATORY.
{} *Song Length* : Songs longer than 7 minutes are not allowed unless pre-approved. This will help us accommodate more number of singers.
{} *Singing Turn* : Max 2 Turns per singer will be allowed, 1st for a solo/duet during your turn as your Song & 2nd if another singer agrees to allow you to sing a duet during his/her turn. This will help us to be fair to all the singers.
{} *FCFS Sequencing* : Singers’ sequence will be on *First Come First Serve* basis in the order of arrival at the Venue on the Event Day on White Board/Registration Sheet. Kids & Senior Citizens may be considered for early singing spots at the beginning of program.
{} *Track Submission* : Singers will be added to the Event WhatsApp Group with instructions to select the song & upload your mp3/mp4 karaoke track on Google Drive. All the Tracks will be collected & played on the Event Laptop. This will help us conduct the event smoothly. You can bring track on a USB Drive.
{} Use of External Devices like Tablets/Phones & online Karaoke Portals like meragana.com, SMULE etc... are NOT BANNED but NOT PREFERRED to avoid delays & time wastage. If you are bringing your Track on your Tablet or Phone, inform us the Audio Port of your device and we will keep the connecting cable ready. Try to download your track on your smart device. If you need any technical assistance in downloading your track, our volunteers will help you.
{} *Publicity* : We may broadcast the Event Live & publish Photos & Videos of performers/attendees on Social Media like ICC Website, Facebook/YouTube/Instagram etc…
{} Event may be rescheduled/cancelled with or without notice.
